Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress. Through the 80s, she gained a cult following with her roles on several TV series. She was known for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild made her debut in Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress and then moved to the NBC show Flamingo Road. For this role she was nominated with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. The show was a short run on ABC's premiertime soap Paper Dolls, and on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she won an Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA.
